These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Naebula, which is operated by Aczél Dániel Zoltán EV., including profiles, discovery tools, friend requests, messaging, casting calls, feed features, billing, and related services.

By creating an account, completing onboarding, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Naebula.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or use an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details reasonably current. You may not transfer your account to another person or impersonate anyone else.

Naebula lets you create public-facing profiles and participate in social and collaboration features. Information you choose to publish, including usernames, bios, profile images, public projects, and project-related media, may be visible to other users and, where supported by the app, to guests.

Some features are private by design. For example, favourites are private to the account that creates them. Friend requests, direct messages, collaboration threads, and account settings are generally only visible to the relevant participants and administrators who need access to operate or protect the service.

You retain ownership of the photos, text, project details, messages, and other content you submit to Naebula.

You grant Naebula a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, format, resize, translate, transmit, display, moderate, and otherwise process your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content you share, including permission from other people depicted or tagged when required by law.

You may not use Naebula to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the platform. We may investigate and act on any misuse.

Naebula is a platform for discovery and coordination. We do not guarantee that any user, profile, project, application, or message will lead to work, payment, bookings, or a safe or successful collaboration.

Any offline meeting, creative engagement, payment arrangement, contract, release, shoot, project delivery, or other real-world interaction is solely between the participating users. You are responsible for your own vetting, safety planning, legal paperwork, taxes, and professional due diligence.

Naebula may review content and account activity to enforce these terms, comply with law, respond to reports, protect users, or maintain platform integrity. This can include automated checks, manual review, content removal, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, or account suspension or deletion.

We may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, law enforcement requests, or dispute handling.

Some features may require a paid subscription, including Naebula Pro. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the recurring fees, taxes, and any other disclosed amounts until you cancel.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise. Availability of paid features may change, and we may modify pricing with prospective effect.

Naebula is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful moderation outcomes, message delivery, identity verification outcomes, or that content will always be available or preserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naebula disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naebula and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation, opportunities, or business relationships arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Naebula in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100.

We may update Naebula, discontinue features, or change these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice inside the app, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If a dispute arises out of or relates to these terms or the use of Naebula, it will be handled by the competent courts of Hungary, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.
